Tools & Design
Study and production of cutting, stamping tools and special machines.
We can study technical solutions for the implementation of industrial productions (robotic line, aluminum profile cutting line, Swiss, Parisian or future type cutting tools, automation of bonding and assembly processes, engraving process by striking or by laser, stamping tools). We have three CAD / CAM positions and several software solutions that we master (Topsolid, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Rhinoceros).

Stamping & Die Forging
Mastery of strip cutting, cold forging and metal stamping processes.
With a fleet of 30 presses from 10 to 100 tonnes, we can work with strip in thicknesses 1/10 to 6mm. The materials used are very varied: steel, coated strip, aluminum, stainless steel, brass. One of our particularities is to divert this process on various materials such as leather, rubber, paper, wood etc. We have a great mastery of tube work (machining by cutting, tapping and punching). Mastery of these technologies allows us to produce brass buckles (by cold forging or by bending the wire), containers for make-up powders (stamping of coated strip), parts for the aeronautical industry (cutting of profile) and to be the European leader in the manufacture of gas bottle caps (cutting and machining of steel tubes).

Vibratory Finishing
Bulk polishing of various parts.
The tribofinishing allows wear and fine polishing by a process of vibro-abrasion of metal or plastic parts with plastic, ceramic, glass ball or stainless steel media depending on the quality of the surface condition that is used. wants to get. This technique combines a mechanical action and a chemical action on the part.

Electroplating
Deposition of technical surface or decoration by an electrolytic process.
This technique allows the deposition of a thin metal layer of a few microns after a phase of degreasing and activation of the part to be treated. The technique is said to be barrel-rolled because it allows the bulk processing of a large quantity of parts. This allows a quality deposit. In order to guarantee the mastery of these operations, we have two robotic lines and a Fischerscope for the respect of specifications and the mastery of the deposited thicknesses.

- 2 automatic gilding chains (1N14, 2N gold and black gold), palladium (80/20), white bronze, nickel. The black gold deposit makes it possible to obtain an aged gold or aged silver type finish.
Laser Cutting & Engraving
The laser at the service of luxury, decoration and micro-mechanics.
We are equipped with a large fleet of laser machines for cutting and engraving. Two 1500 Watt fiber lasers with a 100 micron beam allow us to precisely cut materials such as brass, stainless steel, steel, in thicknesses of 1/10 to 6 mm. This technology allows us to obtain a very fine cut which sets us apart from other players in the market. Two fiber lasers and two diode lasers allow us to engrave coins on all types of materials including gold and silver. We can either do deep marking or engraving of several tenths of a millimeter. We can produce stamping engraving punches or stamps several millimeters deep on hardened steels. With our CO2 laser, we can cut and engrave certain plastics, wood, leather and others ... The mastery of laser cutting combined with engraving and tribofinishing allows us to deliver parts with high quality finish. We have developed our jewelry brand “Les Empreintes” by innovating in communication via a smartphone application to our machines.

Specialists in ornamental metal accessories, we master the art of mixing our own techniques to meet the needs of our customers (collections, shows, production). Our expertise allows us to design and produce all our tools and/or robotics for production. Our responsiveness and agile behavior make it possible to respond to the specific development requests of our customers. We are also developing robotics for our own markets but also to meet the requirements of our customers (quality, time, cost).
